- libntfs: Rewrite ntfs_upcase_table_build() to generate a Vista
compatible upcase table ($UpCase). (Anton)
- mkntfs: Remove own generation of upcase table, i.e. delete
ntfsprogs/upcase.[ch] and use ntfs_upcase_table_build() supplied by
libntfs. (Anton)
