- all warnings fixed for maintainer mode for ntfsresize and ntfsclone
- added 'const' to ntfs_ucstombs()'s first parameter
- 'fsync' also after metadata-only cloning
- fixed forced metadata-only, dirty ntfs cloning (only one -f needed)
