    Add new helper ntfs_attrlist_mark_dirty.
libntfs/attrib.c
    - Deallocate clusters when free atribute list.
    - Write ntfs_attr_update_mapping_pairs and make ntfs_non_resident_attr_{shrink,expand} use it.
libntfs/runlist.c
    ntfs_mapping_pairs_build:
    - Make it set stop vcn even function doesn't failed.
    - Minor bugfix.
