attrib.[hc]: ntfs_resident_attr_value_resize(), ntfs_attr_truncate()
   inode.[hc]: ntfs_inode_mark_dirty(), ntfs_inode_sync()
   lcnalloc.[hc]: ntfs_cluster_{alloc,free}()
- Renamed ntfs_clusters_{read,write}() to ntfs_cluster_{read,write}().
- Adapt mkntfs to use library implementation of ntfs_resident_attr_value_resize()
  instead of its own.
- Minor typo fixes and comment improvements.
