[http] Support read-only HTTP block devices
Provide support for HTTP range requests, and expose this functionality via the iPXE block device API. This allows SAN booting from a root path such as: sanboot http://boot.ipxe.org/freedos/fdfullcd.iso Signed-off-by: Michael Brown <mcb30@ipxe.org>pull/5/head
